choosing the hub, spindle and axle tube you need and building it yourself, you save money and get a better result. Axle tubes are available in 1500- or 8000-lb. capacities, with corresponding spindles and hubs.

Production Process
FORGING--MACHINING--TESTING-PACKING
Our full-spectrum manufacturing is powered by a complete in-house setup:
· Forging Equipment: Friction press lines (8000T, 4000T, 1600T, 630T, 300T), supported by mold processing; 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer; 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers; Vertical ring rolling machines (Type 250, 450, 650).
· Heat Treatment: Medium frequency induction heating furnace, continuous tempering furnace, 1000 kg/hour non-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace.
· Machining: A fully independent workshop equipped with over 20 vertical/horizontal machining centers and 30+ NC machines.
· Range: We expertly handle custom forging orders from 0.1 kg to 120 kg.
